Janet Macdaniel, Certified Search Engine Marketing Specialist

Janet Macdaniel began her Internet marketing consulting business in San Antonio, Texas in 2002 after more than 15 years in marketing communications, direct marketing, multi-media advertising, and promotions. In 2006, she moved her business to the Denver Metro area and became 1st Click Consulting.

Janet was Director of Marketing for USAA Alliance Services, with responsibility for marketing the USAA-branded Earthlink Internet Access, Sprint long-distance service, ADT home security, Hertz and Avis Rental Cars, and Teleflora services. Prior to that, she worked for 8 years in the marketing and promotion department of Hearst Corporation's San Antonio Light newspaper, where her work received first-place awards from the International Newspaper Marketing Association.

Janet is certified as an e-Commerce Consultant by WSI, the world's largest Internet franchise. She is also a Certified Search Engine Marketing Specialist by internationally-recognized Search Engine Workshops. She has been a member of Women in Communication, the American Marketing Association, the Highlands Ranch Chamber of Commerce, the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.
